Chef Taryn started the Seasonal Confiture Collection as accompaniments to cheese platters for many private catering parties (www.savourychef.com), while doing so she noticed clients approaching her on purchasing them after the events were over.
The Seasonal Confiture Collection was first available to the public at the Ladner Farmers Market during the summer of 2007. From there Taryn got invaluable feedback from the public about quantity, flavour combination, and popularity.
The Seasonal Confiture Collection is carefully produced and cooked in a commercial kitchen located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. All ingredients were hand chosen, and selected by Chef Taryn.
